We offer several different Membership levels that automatically renew with your chosen time frame. If you do not wish to auto renew simply cancel the Renewal Subscription in your Account Settings. When your Online Booth is set to expire you will receive an automated email to manually renew your Booth Membership.

Yes, Online Vendor Booths prohibits selling Explicit/Adult Content,
nSex Toys, Adult Novelty, Guns, Ammunition, Drugs, Pets and Human Beings.
We also Prohibit Inappropriate Contents such as Intolerance, Politics, Violence and Tragedy.

Reach out to the Buyer stating that you received the notice of a Chargeback or Claim and ask what you can do to resolve the issue. Remind the Buyer of what they bought, how you delivered it and any correspondence you had.
nTake Screenshots to include in the 2 page Chargeback Response Template written by a lawyer we provide Sellers to fight all fraud. Easily provide all the information needed to fight false claims. Of course, being a fellow business owner and an adult, you should make all attempts at coming to an agreeable resolution between the parties involved.

You can quickly import your Products with a CSV file, or cut and paste your Product info.
nIt’s as easy as making a Facebook post to add your Products and Customize your Vendor Booth.

OnlineVendorBooths.com only charges you the fee for the Online Vendor Booth. We do not take any portion of your Sales. Payments from Customers are made directly to the Sellers account. The Payment Processor (PayPal, Stripe, etc) may take a fee for accepting Payments that you agreed to when you signed up with that particular Processor.

Most Sellers have PayPal or Stripe for Credit Cards as a Payment Option. Some Sellers may direct you to their own external Payment Page or have a Message button.

Shipping options are provided by the Seller. Sellers can offer Free shipping, Flat rate or Calculated shipping to their Buyer. Some Sellers offer more than one choice while others offer only one shipping choice. If in doubt about Shipping choices, ask your Seller.

Always check the listing to see when the expected Shipping time frame will be.

Reach out to the Seller to resolve any issues. Most Sellers are happy to fix any concerns.
nIf you can not resolve the issue with your Seller, you will need to go through the Payment Company you used to make the purchase to file a Claim or Chargeback. This could be PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay or your Credit Card company.
n*Please note filing false Claims or Chargebacks will not be tolerated and does jeopardize your financial institution accounts. We provide our Sellers with a 2 page Chargeback Response Template written by a lawyer to fight all Chargeback fraud.
Of course, being a fellow business owner and an adult, you should make all attempts at coming to an agreeable resolution between the parties involved.
