It is your responsibility to make sure that this type of advertising is within your company guidelines.nnYou agree that due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds whatsoever are offered. You also understand that if your company goes out of business that no refunds will be given as that is beyond our control. This is tax-deductible and you would write it off on your taxes. Click on “Who Are We?” to see our Credentials.nnSince we have a clear and explicit Refund Policy in the Terms of Use that you have agreed to prior to completing the purchase of any of our Programs, Products, or Services, and you are a business woman that should own your buying decisions and honor contracts, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company. In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment to Social Coach Marketing, LLC DBA Direct Sales Rep Network for the amount of the chargeback plus any fees accessed.
